You may only register and maintain an Account on aptoto if you satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account:
aptoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in Account suspension.
Each Member is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all related Accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of real-money balances where fraud is suspected.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (matching your Indonesian national ID card, or KTP), a valid email address, your date of birth, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. aptoto does not accept third-party payment methods.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your Account details with any third party. aptoto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
To comply with our anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect Members, aptoto requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a photograph holding your KTP, a bank statement dated within 3 months, or a utility bill in your name. Processing of the KYC review typically takes 1–3 business days.
aptoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where fraud is suspected, where these Terms have been breached, where chargebacks have been initiated, or where we are required to do so by applicable law or a court order.
aptoto currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts begin at Rp 20.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. aptoto reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 21:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7), and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window. Typical processing time for approved withdrawals is 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. aptoto does not guarantee withdrawal times and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank or payment processor.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). aptoto does not accept or process any foreign currency deposits. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and the Member bears any associated conversion cost or loss.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by aptoto are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 500.000 bonus requires total wagers of Rp 15.000.000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and sports bets contribute 50%. The applicable rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion's specific terms.
While a Member holds an active bonus, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is Rp 100.000 (or the equivalent in the game's denomination), unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagers placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at aptoto's discretion.
aptoto strictly prohibits any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, or colluding with other Members. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire and be automatically removed from the Account balance. aptoto will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All bets are accepted subject to the Platform's published odds and market rules at the time the bet is placed. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Member. aptoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
In the event that a price, payout, or market is published in error — including but not limited to human error, system malfunction, or incorrect data feed — aptoto reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's Account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Sports betting at aptoto covers domestic and international competitions including BRI Liga 1 (with clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. Market-specific rules for bandar bola (the local term for football bookmaking), Asian Handicap, Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator bets), and other bet types are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
Togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets operate according to their own dedicated rules, including official draw schedules, result verification procedures, and payout structures. Draw results are sourced from the official pools for each market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, and others) and are final once verified.
In-play or live betting markets are available on selected events. Odds during live betting are subject to rapid change. Once accepted and confirmed, live bets are binding. aptoto shall not be liable for any connectivity issues, delays, or technical interruptions experienced by a Member that may affect their ability to place or cancel a live bet.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, reverse engineering, or any other commercial use of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of aptoto.
Game software and content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to the studio's own licensing terms.
aptoto makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. aptoto shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Member as a result of Platform unavailability.
Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. By placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose all funds staked. aptoto shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by Members. It is each Member's sole responsibility to manage their gaming budget responsibly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aptoto's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits aptoto's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
aptoto collects, stores, and processes Member personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the binding agreement between you and aptoto. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described therein.
In summary, aptoto collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, process financial transactions, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud and money laundering, and fulfill our responsible gaming obligations. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents aptoto from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent imminent harm.
aptoto operates this Platform to serve Indonesian players on the understanding that Members take personal responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. aptoto makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction outside the intended Indonesian market.
aptoto reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aptoto will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and will notify active Members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account, after which any withdrawable balance will be paid out to you in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure.
